ABOUT US
RESURGAM is an information and analytical community based in Ukraine (Kyiv), with an extensive international network that brings together like-minded individuals, journalists, and scholars across different countries.
We operate as a think tank with a broad international network, which enables us, in producing analytical materials and conducting research on developments in other countries, to rely not only on information collected in Ukraine but also on insights sourced internationally. Our publications are further verified by analysts from the countries under study.
The Resurgam community aims to unite representatives of journalism, academia, and public opinion leaders worldwide in order to communicate and highlight risks associated with the current global landscape.
We produce analytical content and conduct research on the following topics: international relations from Ukrainian and European perspectives, security analysis, and the study of the global dissemination of Russian propaganda.
The Resurgam website is an independent Ukrainian analytical platform featuring original content produced by a team of professional analysts, political scientists, and journalists.KEY FORMATS WE WORK WITH
Explainers
We provide concise coverage of key developments, complemented by essential context and analytical interpretation. Each explainer addresses the core questions: what happened, what it means, and what comes next.
Analytical articles
These are in-depth pieces that provide a structured analysis of socially significant issues, identify cause-and-effect relationships, and formulate evidence-based conclusions. They address the key questions of why an event occurred and what its potential implications are in both the Ukrainian and international context.
Research
This format focuses on a socially significant problem cluster, examined through a proprietary methodology described in detail in a dedicated section. The work involves journalists, analysts, and volunteers from different countries, enabling a deeper, insider understanding of the root causes of these issues.
YouTube Video Podcast
This is a video format in which Dmytro Korniienko covers current topics through weekly news roundups and educational, research-driven content. The platform also features a joint podcast by Resurgam and Militarnyi with invited experts, where a range of issues is discussed.
The ✙Resurgam✙ Telegram Channel is an auxiliary yet independent platform. It was established prior to the launch of the Resurgam community by the project’s founder, political scientist Dmytro Korniienko. The channel publishes the founder’s personal views and analytical commentary.WHO WE ARE?We are a multidisciplinary team of professionals bringing together like-minded individuals, journalists, and scholars around the world who recognize their historical responsibility to society and seek to counter the challenges posed to the free world by the emerging “axis of evil.”
MISSIONOUR MISSION
To restore the free world’s focus on facts, rationality, and measured judgment, which during the crisis of democracies have been increasingly displaced by emotion and hype.
Emotion and hype foster a simplified understanding of the world. Such simplification creates an accessible entry point for hybrid influence operations conducted by the “axis of evil.” We aim to stand on the front line of safeguarding the informational resilience of the free world.

Europe and the democratic world must become stronger. Freedom must be capable of defending itself. Global journalism and the humanities must not remain on the sidelines of ongoing developments. Conscientious representatives of these fields bear a “sacred” responsibility to convey to wider audiences the significance of the events unfolding today.

Our task is to encourage the free world to move beyond its comfort zone and ensure a united response to future challenges. Would you want to live in a world where the rule of force, repression, and destruction become the foundation of the global order? We would not. That is why we are already acting across different parts of the free world today.
